What is the content of the class?
During this class, we learn how to dance respecting the dance rhythm, body posture and attitude. It is composed of two parts:
- 45 min to work on Salsa Footwork
- 45 min to work on Bachata Footwork
The goal is to practice our style, improve techniques, footwork, memory, stability, balance, musicality and social dancing. This class will definitely bring you more confidence in yourself and your dancing.
